About
Security work, run by people who have done it.
7Horse Enterprises is a PSARA-licensed security guarding company based in Pune, led by ex-Army personnel.
How we work
Three steps, no chasing.
- 01
Brief
Tell us the site, the shifts and the risk. We tell you what it actually needs.
- 02
Deploy
Vetted guards on site, briefed on your SOPs, with relief cover from day one.
- 03
Supervise
Round-the-clock supervision, with PSARA and statutory records kept current.
Why clients stay
The part most agencies skip.
Supervised, not just posted
A supervisor visits the site, checks the shift and reports back. You are not chasing a phone number at midnight.
Discipline set by ex-Army leadership
Turnout, reporting and site conduct are set by people who have run it themselves.
Relief cover built in
Weekly offs, leave and no-shows are covered without you arranging anyone.
Compliance
Paperwork that holds up.
PSARA licensed
Licensed guarding operations in Maharashtra, with documentation available to clients on request.
Statutory cover
EPF, ESIC and labour-law compliance maintained for every deployment, not just the first one.
Records kept current
Attendance, shifts and invoicing stay in order, so audits and inspections are uneventful.
Next step
Tell us about your site.
Send the location, the shift pattern and the headcount, and we will confirm what we can cover and how soon.
